Bungalow Scheme At Naigoan

The Plot size of is approximately 20,000 sq.m. The Project had two type of Bungalow 1 Bedroom Hall kitchen and Two Bedroom Hall Kitchen Bungalow. The Bungalows were design either as a Twin Bungalow or Like a Row house. It was design as a Module with the Courtyard in between to get the light and ventilation in the house from all the side. It was design with the module of boxes which on can see the the Bungalow. Total  Copnstruction Area was 1, 25,000 sq.ft including the Club House.
