The Project was a redevelopment of residential building. The Plot had only Bungalow which had to demolish and rebuild as residential tower. The Plot size was 1200 m. and total area consumed 65000 sq.ft. approximately. Each floor plate has 2 flats of 3BHK and 4BHK. Each flat size were designed lavishly.
