The Plot Area is approximately 2900 sq.m. Total Construction area is approximately 1,50,000 sq.ft. Total TenantS to to be rehabilitated is 80 tenant approx.
In-between bungalow in the layout remains as it is. and We had to design entire complex in two residential building keeping the tenant position as it is.
The most challenging part was to design the parking and open space as per new DC Regulation.
